Shared Learning Webinar
Benefits realisation webinar

Walking away from this webinar, delegates had a clear understanding of the critical path/approach delegates need to undertake to enable them to realise their Programme benefits.

About this event

Public Services spend millions of pounds on projects that never get finished. Often, the reason has nothing to do with the quality of the deliverable. More likely there is not the time, energy or enthusiasm to make sure the product or service is adopted and embedded in the organisation. More than likely, it’s about the Programme and Project Management Team that have moved onto the next project or have disbanded.

We held a free webinar with the Project Management Institute and Good Practice Wales on Benefits Realisation, which highlighted the latest research from across Europe on the most up-to-date practices from across Europe and beyond. Through sharing this research, we also considered what this means in terms of the Well-being of the Future Generation (Wales) Act 2015.

Who the seminar was aimed at

This seminar was aimed at public and third sector staff in the following roles:

  • Programme Commissioners;
  • Programme Directors
  • Programme and Project Management Delivering Team;
  • Project Managers; and
  • Audit Committee members
