Land and Asset Transfer
The evaluation of public sector land or assets may well need to be undertaken in this current economic climate. The aim of this seminar was to demystify what can be a very complex process and help to avoid pitfalls with contributions from stakeholders involved in the process.
This free interactive seminar by the Wales Audit Office, National Assets Working Group and Good Practice Wales brought together the most up-to-date practices from across Wales and beyond. Walking away from this seminar, delegates had shared and learnt different approaches to land management, enabling them to achieve more with less.
