About this job
Are you looking to earn while you learn? Keen to be part of an organisation that inspires the Welsh public sector to improve?
Do you have an eye for detail, good people skills and a desire to continually develop?
Then our Graduate Trainee programme might just be the perfect opportunity for you.
You’ll study to become a chartered accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), all while working to deliver audit services alongside our teams across Wales, with specific vacancies available in our North and West Wales team.
Our first-class training is fully funded, while our work programme allows for assignments and secondments across a wide range of clients, locations and public bodies. Whether you’re working at a local authority, a health board or a fire service, no two days are likely to feel the same!
There’s plenty of variety in the way we work, too – staff work from home, attend the office, and visit client sites. You’ll need to organise your own travel to different locations, though a licence isn’t essential, you may find it easier to be able to drive.
Your wellbeing and work-life balance are of the utmost importance to us, which is why we offer flexible working arrangements, 33 days annual leave (exclusive of bank holidays) alongside fully funded study leave.
Apply today and start your journey towards changing the face of the public sector in Wales.
Further information on entry requirements can be found in our recruitment pack.
For an informal discussion about the programme please contact Morgan Vaughan on 02920 320519
