The Good Practice Exchange ran seminars on Buildings Management which drew delegates from right across Wales – see some of the day’s outputs.
In December and January, the Good Practice Exchange ran seminars in Cardiff and Llanrwst on Buildings Management. These were part of a series of seminars on Asset Management, in collaboration with the National Asset Working Group.
Delegates attended from right across Wales and from a range of sectors, including local government, health, national parks, education and police authorities. They listened to some thought-provoking speakers and shared their own experiences in workshops. Delegates took away some ideas on how to develop buildings management within their own organisations.
Full outputs from the seminars will be available on the Buildings Management Seminar page very soon. In the meantime, take a look our video clips [Opens in new window] of the seminar speakers discussing their key messages.
