Community and Town-Centre regeneration

    In lieu of our recently published report on ‘Regenerating Town Centres in Wales’, we have recorded a podcast episode on community regeneration.

    This podcast episode features Barry Braun from the Happy Community Project, based in Nova Scotia, Canada, and Ceri Cunnington from the Social enterprise Cwmni Bro Ffestiniog, based in North Wales, talking about the importance of fostering happy and healthy communities.

    Issues discussed include the role of education and stories in creating happy communities, measurements for an area’s ‘success’ and communities’ role in fostering environmental sustainability.
