We're so proud to share with you that for the second year running Audit Wales is a top 10 employer for Working Families 2024.
Our culture, processes, benefits and policies have all contributed to us achieving our top 10 position.
The Top Employers for Working Families Benchmark was established by Working Families in 2010. It is UK-wide and open to all Working Families’ employer members.
Now in its 15th year, employers large and small from across the public, private, and third sectors compete annually to gain a coveted place on the charity’s list of top employers for Working Families.
The Benchmark is a way for employers to see whether they’re ahead or behind the curve in the development of flexible and family friendly working, and to get tailored feedback and next steps support from Working Families.
This year’s top ten employers for Working Families, in alphabetical order, are:
In the next few weeks, we’ll get some recommendations from Working Families so we can continue to build on and improve what we do and continue putting our staff at the centre of what we do.
I’m delighted that for the 2nd year running, Audit Wales has earned a place in the top 10 of employers for Working Families. The award recognises our flexible working arrangements, and family friendly policies and practices. I know these arrangements make a real and positive difference to colleagues as we work to juggle our work and family commitments.
