  • This Interim Report describes the progress made over the period 1 April to 30 September 2022 towards delivering our planned programmes of work and associated areas of focus, and on achieving our key performance indicator targets.

    Progress we’ve made since April

Work is ongoing to complete our audit of accounts work for the 2021-22 accounts and we have continued to keep flexibility in our national work programme in order to respond to developing circumstances and priorities.

We have continued to adapt how we are working, supporting staff to work flexibly in order to deliver effective and efficient services. Following the removal of all COVID-19 restrictions in Wales, we’ve adopted a hybrid working model, with teams trialling working in collaborative spaces, in activity settings in our regional offices, in hubs and from home.
