This report summarises the findings from our 2022 audit work at Digital Health and Care Wales Special Health Authority to fulfil our responsibilities under the Public Audit (Wales) Act 2004.
We concluded that the Authority’s accounts were properly prepared and materially accurate and issued an unqualified audit opinion on them.
Our work did not identify any material weaknesses in the Authority’s internal controls (as relevant to our audit).
