This plan has been prepared in accordance with the Equality Act 2010 (Statutory Duties) (Wales) Regulations 2011.
Our Strategic Equality Plan for 2022-26 sets out our equality, diversity and inclusion objectives for the next four-years, and the steps we plan on taking to deliver these objectives.
As an organisation, we’re committed to being an employer of choice and increasing the diversity of our workforce. We have several priorities for the next four years and have developed four key objectives.
This Strategic Equality Plan also draws on other Audit Wales strategies, including our People and Organisational Development Strategy, our Welsh Language Strategy and our Communications Strategy.
Within our plan, we have also outlined our equality, diversity and inclusion vision and values.
