Calling for volunteers to join our ‘website improvement’ focus group

06 January 2020
  • We’re planning to run a focus group, along with some other types of research, to help us improve our website.

We really value the input that users of our website can provide, along with readers of our audit reports.

It means that any changes we make are well informed and designed to meet the needs of our audiences – members of the public, the organisations we audit and other people with an interest in our work.

    About the focus group

A focus group is an informal discussion about a specific topic involving a small group of people. We’ll ask you some questions and facilitate the discussions.

The session will take place at our office in Cardiff – 24, Cathedral Road, CF11 9LJ – and is expected to take no more than 2 hours.

While we’re unable to pay for you travel or your time, we will provide refreshments.

The session will be recorded and we will take notes. This data will be stored and used in line with our privacy policy [PDF 78KB opens in new window].

    Other research

We’ll also be conducting other types of user research and testing. Some of this will be done using online tools or over the phone, so can be completed anywhere. You may prefer to help us out in this way.

If you’re interested in either being part of our focus group or helping us improve our website in other ways,  please email research@audit.wales, or contact Louise Foster-Key by telephone on 029 2032 0500.
