At the conference ‘Council 2025 - A vision for local government in Wales’ The Auditor General spoke of the challenges faced by local government following both the Williams and Silk reports and also the importance of respecting existing communities in Wales as we look to reconfigure services that are fit for the future. 

The Annual Summer School takes place this year at Lampeter university and this year follows the theme ‘Trust – The Foundation for Success. The event provides a great opportunity for public service managers and leaders to learn and reflect on their own leadership and also learn from others.
